Which Ouran high school host club manga chapter should I read first?

I just watched all of the ouran high school host club episodes(26 in all). Now I want to read the manga. I don't want to read it from the beginning although it is a little different. So, I wanted to know which chapter should I start with?

Start on Manga book 10 the one with the design with Haruhi and the new character on it.. Its a girl with brown hair and theyve both got icecreams..

The manga has a bit more meaning and that but hardly any plot.. It has little tiny bits of plot like more to the story of Tamakis mom.. but it introduces alot more characters..

At the moment theres up to manga 12 so youve got alot of time to read the next 3 mnaga books till the next ones translated.. and 49/50 as said by the first answerer is wrong.. thats the start of the 9th volume not the end.. check out maybe 55 =D

The anime ends at the end of volume 9, which should be about chapter 39/40.
