Hey err. i saw some games created by a bot, where the host used commands to kick, swap, etc.

3: No, as long as he hosts one game at a time he won't get banned. Also, Blizzard only bans people who have been reported. And who would report anyone for hosting maps for free? Nobody is that-a-bad person.

I don't know of any, but I do know that Blizzard doesn't take kindly to bots and will ban your account if they catch you using them.
