I enabled ICS on host computer, how do I connect a 2nd computer to the host with ethernet cable?

I want the 2nd computer to have internet through ICS

-Enabled ICS on host

-connected ethernet cable to Host and 2nd computer

-Now I'm stuck on enabling internet access for the 2nd computer.

You need a crossover cable to connect two computers directly. you can't use a standard ethernet cable to connect them. If you want to use the cable(s) that came with the network card(s) you will need a hub/switch to plug a cable from each computer into. You can buy wired switches for about $30 USD at your local superstore. I am not sure if you can buy crossover cables anywhere that are already made but if you have a local computer store that makes cables they can probably make a crossover cable for you in whatever length you need. It might be cheaper than $30 but you can't connect more than two computers without a switch. I hope this helps
