What is a fun-creative way to host a cookie exchange for teenage girls?

I wanna do something very fun for the girls and I don't know what to do.

I don't just wanna layout the cookies on a table and say "Grab 2 of each". I want to make it fun and enjoyable for everyone.

Give each girl a small place on the table or counter and have them decorate a display for their cookies. You could ask them beforehand to come up with a theme for their cookies and their display (with recipe cards)

Have them decorate their own cookie tins or make them yourself and hand them out but make each one different.
