You'll have to write a spreadsheet program that can run on your site. A spreadsheet (an xls file) is just data, and Excel won't run as a CGI application.

How to host my excel spreadsheet online? I need to sort and validation (drop downs) Google docs will not wo?
I need the power to host my same excel sheet online with the same features that I have in excel. I have to be able to sort and make validation cells. Then I need to share it with a team via login
