How do I transfer the same site to a different host?

I am wondering if I can do this. I am signed up with freewebs.com and I want to transfer the SAME site to a different host. Can I do that?

Yup. There are a number of editors on the market that can do this for ya; IMHO Microsoft FrontPage is particularly good at drilling through all the links on any given site and downloading the thing to your local hard drive. From there you should be able to re-publish to almost anywhere else that supports either FrontPage or even simple FTP. Of course, with files on your hard drive you can also use whatever other upload mechanism the target host site uses....
