How do you become a vmk community leader or a HOST?

Hi does anybody know how to become a vmk host or commuity leader. A CL on vmk said that they are doing applictations. So someone tell me how do you get to be a CL ( community leader)

On vmk hp ( home page ) They said they would give more info on how to become a community leader on vmk soon, but even when they do they are only going to be picking names from the past pool of names, but they might accept appilications. Right now there is really nothing you can do nothing. Also vmk is not accepting applications right now they said so on the hp. And you can't become a host no matter how hard you try you would litteraly have to a grown up live in Florida or another disney land amusement park, and willing to work from there and I don't think you want to do that just for a silly game.Got to admit its a fun game and addictive, but its not worth working for any way those ppl dont get payed. Besides most of host are ppl that all ready work in Disneyland before vmk started.
