How to host a Mary Kay party?

I am interested in having a Mary Kay party. I have done this before when I lived in a different city. Is it OK to have this again with different people? Does every person that attends have to be new to Mary Kay? Does every person have to be female? Is there a minimum number of people to host the party? Where can I find a list of representatives to contact to host a party? I can't seem to find it on the marykay website.

What do I get as a gift for being a hostess?

Generally you invite 2 or more people who are over the age of 18 that do not have a consultant. If they do have a consultant then as MK consultants we will fill any order they have the day of the show then refer them back to their consultant. If you know someone that has a consultant then maybe you should ask their consultant about having a show. as the Host you receive free products there are several different types of shows you can host and since MK consultants are independent contractors that run their own business the details can vary. If you can't find anyone on the website there go the myth about saturation have you ever considered MK for yourself? anyway you can also call an 800 number which should be posted on the site as well.
