How to prevent bank employees from being offended or harmed by host country practices?

The bank needs to know what steps they should take to avoid and resolve situations similar to this in the future when employees are offended or harmed by host country practices. Can you help me out on that?


Each side needs to learn about the cultures and customs of the other's country. The guest should try to conform to the practices of the host country. Isn't the reason for going to another country to learn about their culture and customs? The hosts should also remember that the guest does not know everything about the host's culture and customs. Exchange programs work best when both sides learn about the different cultures and customs of the other.
