How do we deal with terrorism when its first victim is its host?

Today in Iran the majority is upset by its minority controllers (16 Jul. (IPS) - but they will unite if there is a common enemy. This is a well trod path. The Roman Catholic Religion ad 0500 - Henry 8th's C of E - Exporting Communism Russia in 1916 etc.

Today's terrorism isn't the fault of its Muslim's host, but belief mixed with governance makes it an easy target in some areas.

Could we question this problem in Yahoo and spread our action wider until the people of this world unite in the same question?

Could we use the internet to do this before someone pulls the plug on all life?

We could start by creating more questions to provide more answers in the same vein.

No one wants to change the administrators.

We just want to stop increasing dominion by this means.

The world's Muslims are the terrorist's victims twice over.

Let's stop using our one single God to manipulate people.

You need to take this up the chain a bit. No dissing Yahoo Answers, but you want a forum capable of dealing with this issue, and I am posting the link below. Why dont we just go back to not meddling in other countrys affiars and only caring if it effect us.
