What is the annoying host on Iron Chef saying?

One of the hosts on Iron Chef has a really loud and annoying voice, and he's constantly interrupting by saying something like "Fak-we-sawn". It drives me crazy! He's obviously trying to get one of the others hosts' attention. Why does he only call out the name of that one particular host? Does the way he says it every three seconds annoy anyone else?
